Online Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@arcanecoda.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable (if applicable -- orders over $150 include free shipping) and the return cost of shipping is at the expense of the customer. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging.

Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

All in-store, pickup and online sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
