Where's my stuff?
The majority of packages sent in the mail will have a tracking number. If your package does not arrive within a timely manner, send us an email and we will help to track it down and discuss options.
How do I know what size I am?
Every item has a personalized size chart and sizing information provided. Most items run a bit small. (Except for the Boxer Vest and Boxer Jacket and Wave Shorts. These are made big.) It is very important that you pull out a measuring tape and check the measurements provided, which will be the exact measurements of the item itself so you must be the exact same, or a bit less! Never compare to a different company as every store runs their sizes differently. We are happy to help so reach out with any questions that you may have!
